  • 1.  Email recipients for Unlisted Software Request in the Software Portal

    Hi,

    We are running Altiris CMS (NS) 7.1 and I'm looking for the setting where I change the email recipients for Unlisted Software Request in the Software Portal, but can not find it. Anyone?

    Hi,

    Email notification will be sent to the requester and  to the admin/manager who manage this user (user should be in the list of the users who report directly to this administrator/manager). 
     
    Both emails are used from aministrator/manager and User Software portal profiles 
     
    Admin/manager or User should fill email during first opening of the software portal or it can be changed later in the profile page in the software portal.

    Problem solved!

    I added a new account, with email address, and then added this account to the Software Portal Administrators role in NS.
