email sending, symantec pop-up error notifications
Created: 16 May 2012 | Updated: 16 May 2012 | 7 comments
Dear all,
May I ask anyone to help me with this situation?
While sending a message through email, Symantec will pop-up a notification. Please refer on the attachment for the Symantec pop-up. I already turn off and disable all email related features of Symantec.
Thank you.
Ishmael

Hi Ishmael,
Do any of the pop-ups mention spam-related reasons for failure?
With thanks and best regards,
Mick
Hi all,
Thank you for the help you gave.
The error 1003,8 and 1003,10 has been solved already. I just change the port number of smpt and pop of the SEP manager consel, then deploy the update to all the client.
Until now no more error or pop-ups has occur.
best regards,
ishmael
