One of our customer running a Brightmail 9.0.2-9 Brightmail Gateway has an email stuck in the delivery queue. Which causes an error report to the user how tried to send this email.
He had a typo in the emailadresse which caused this email to be not delivered.
I`m not able to delete this message. nothing happens, when I try to delete it.
The messages stuck in delivery Queue with this Status: Default-Non-Local-Route
I already tried to reboot the device, but the mail still stuck in queue.
I would be happy if someone has any suggestion how to fix it.
