    Hi,

    Anyone know which workflow project this Email component is in?

    Not sure if the Engineers are actually receiving this email alert when a call goes into 'Warn' or 'Late'

    Does Auto Escalation need to be 'ON' for this to happen? Or will the email go out either way?

    We were getting the notices, and have auto escalate off. We haven't setup the SLA stuff yet, ( and may not, we send our notices to team leads, not just the worker ) so i just went in and raised all the SLAs to like a year to avoid the notices.

     

    But ya, they were working.

    You wouldnt happen to know where this 'send email' component is?  Specifically for the email that goes out when the incidents about to go Late...
