Embedding image in KB Article when editing the article
I know how to embed an image when creating a KB Article directly from the "Knowledge Base" tab in the ServiceDesk Portal.
What I can't seem to do is embed an image when editing a KB Article after it's been added. That image icon that looks like a sun setting behind a hill does not seem to be available from the "Edit Article" dialog. Why is that? Is there another way to do this, or do you only get the one chance to embed an image in a KB Article when you first create it?
