embendded database and potection manager Services stoped

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I have server( the server is member of domain) run endpoint protection manager , it mange about 400 clinet
the server can not communicate with clinet , when i login to the consle i get this massge :
failed to connect to the server and also the embendded database Service not stated and protection manager not started .
i can not stat the embendded database service but tem protection manager started but restoped again
can you help me please

Generally the embedded db problem gets resolved by a repair.
Other wise make sure that the port 2638 is not being used by any other application. Ghost is one that I know.
how can i do repair for the embedded db?
Repair the manager install from the add\remove programs.
