EMM does not respond error 92

Hi, everyone,

I have a NBU MASTER/MEDIA server working(not anymore) in WS2K8 R2

I did a restart on the master server, then i start to get error 92 trying to get to the EMM, now i dont have any info about any job. please I need some help!

Please check the name resolution with nslookup (forward and revers looks up) against the configured NBU server name, which you can obtain by running nbemmcmd -listhosts (if it would work) or by looking in the windows registry HKLM\Veritas\NetBackup\CurrentVersion\Config server key.

Please show the output for nbemmcmd -getemmserver and nbemmcmd -listhosts 

from master server.

please post nbemm logs from master server

I'm not quite understanding what you are doing to get the error, running a job ? something else ?
Either way, I would suggest starting with the emm logs

Your first post mentions "EDGE-R710" but all your other screen grabs show "edge-r710.pge.local" - can you try using lowercase and a fully qualified domain name instead of a short hostname in all capitals and see if that clears things up? | APPLBN | 761LBN
