Empty/Blank dialog boxes at end of MSI install

Using: Wise Installation Studio 7.0 Build 7.3.0.250

I've create a MSI install for our product that has worked well for us in general, however we are having one client that is receiving "blank" prompts at the end of the install, even when using the /qn command.  I've not been able to duplicate this issue on any environment in our test lab here.

I've attached a screenshot of the prompt (in which 4 of them show in a row). If the user clicks through all 4 OK prompts, the installation finishes and works fine.  Ideally, the user shouldn't have to click through these prompts at all.  I've attached a zip file of the verbose log.

Any suggestions/thoughts?

What O/S is your customer running? Is the customer using a transform?
Are there any custom actions at the end of the install, or any events associated with the final dialog?
Have you compared the verbose log from your customer against a verbose log from your test systems?
