Enable appliance 5220 as snapshot to make offhost backup

do you know how to enable appliance 5220 as snapshot to make offhost backup.

Policy type is Flashbackup for Windows.

The problem is that the appliance is not shown in the offhost dropdown list :(

To use off host you need to be able to move the data disks between the client and the appliance

Have you been using this on a standard server up to now?

What method type are you using and what setup have you done so far (hardware and netbackup configurations)?

You are trying to use the box as an alternate client.

The general rule regarding alternate clients, they must be the same type of OS as the original host. For instance, you can't use Linux alternate client for backing up snap from Windows.

You must have a hardware VSS provider to move snaps (or SFW).
