File Share Encryption

Hi,

1. Suppose i have 3 drives, drive C, D and E. Can i encrypt only drive E not the whole disk. It should only ask me passphrase when i try to enter in drive E not during the pre-boot. If it is not possible in destop PGP. Is it possible in Universal PGP, wherein can create policies for the same.

2. Can i encrypt the content of the mail body or only ttachments can be encrypted. If can't encrypt the mail body then what is the use of it. Does PGP desktop supports both Microsoft Exchaneg as well as Lotus Domino.

1 - Access will be possible just in Windows enviroment and when PGP Desktop is running ( and you enter the correct passphrase, of course) . I think you can also decrypt using PGP Command Line , but that will be lot more complicated ( and its a different Symantec product)

2- You can encrypt the whole email text + attachement. You can use outlook button. You can enable it from pgp desktop options, messagin tab.

I think you did not got my first point. I elaborate more on it.

1. I want to encrypt the drive not the disk through PGP universal. 

 Suppose i have 3 drives, drive C, D and E. Can i encrypt only drive E not the whole disk of my machine. It should only ask me passphrase when i try to enter in drive E but not during the start of the machine (i.e. preboot).

2. Does PGP universal supports Lottus Domino. Can i encrypt mails in Lotus notes.

3. In PGP universal environment, If i have encrypted the whole disk for any user and that user forgets his passprase can the administrator resets the password. If not, is there any other solution.

4. If any is out of the domain i.e. out of the range of Universal server, can he encrypt/decrypt the disk, files, folders, mails etc...

5. Can we deploy PGP clients through PGP universal server.

Are there any training arranged on PGP.
