    Objective: Configure policy to encrypt the email attachment automatically.
    Sender: SEMS managed user
    recipient: Unmanaged user.

    Recipeint's public key is availabe.

    Isn't there a mail policy that encrypts office docs automatically?

    Web messenger would be our last choice. And, we do not want PGP zip for this task as this is very frequent activity.
