When you send a message from the iPhone, do you see the message on the Mail logs within the Encryption Server?

    Hi Przemek,

Do you have enabled the "Enable Mobile Protection" in the Consumer Policy?
Mobile (button) > Messaging & Keys (tab)

Also "The iOS Mail Encryptor cannot encrypt using the PGP/MIME encoding format."

Reporting > Logs > Mail (Verbose)

Does this section shed any light on what's going on?

    Hi Przemek,

    Please confirm the server version.
You need to be in one of the latest version for using the iOS mail encryption features (otherwise only decryption will be available).

    You should be using PGP_EML

Hi Przemek, If this was an updated server perhaps it would be good to see if the update scripta were able to commit the changes in the configuration files of the server (for instance, in the prefs.xml). Check the update and/or migration logs for errors. Regards, dcats

Hi Przemek, The policies are stored in the database. You may also attempt using the factory default, just to discard some eventual corruption. Regards, dcats
