Encrypted email to customers
Created: 30 Mar 2011 | 1 comment
Hey all,
Our company recently purchased pgp desktop email. Our customers do not have pgp as far as we know. We need to send encrypted emails to our customers but are looking for something such as a self decrypting email. It is absolutely necessary that these emails are encrypted. If anyone has insight on this please let me know.
Thanks

If you and the customer are both Windows Users, you can send an email attachment (such as a Text or Word document) as a Self Decrypting Archive; you just need to somehow securely transmit the SDA's passphrase to the customer. Their are other options if you are in a PGP Universal managed setting.
