i just started receiving this error when i checked my quarantine list last week, under monitors > Quarantine you'd see all the quarantined emails on the right window pane now a "Error Occured" window pops up stating: "Encrypted File Header was Invalid and could not be read" . i have no idea what to do, i exported all my settings but really really don't want to shut down the email server to reinstall.
