Encryption Error : How to get the meaning of Error massage (-11097)

Hello,

I need help about encryption disk with WDE. I am using PGP WDE in my laptop PC. I needed backup of the disk, I did decryption it at once. After backup of the disk, I tried to encryption it with WDE again.

However, WDE show below error massage. I have no idea about it. I would like to understand what means it.

PGP Error : "Unable to encrypt: connection not available (-11097)"

Could you give me the meaning of it. Give me your suggestions or adovice. Please.

I am sorry I made many typo

I am sorry I made many typo in my previous message.

I was not able to find a list of Error and Warning messages of WDE yet. However I fixed my trouble of the error of hard disk. It has fixed with defrag. I don't know what was wrong. My question is closed.
