    If you open your client and go to Help >> Troubleshooting >> Versions

    You will see the Definitions window. You can comapre what's here with the links from below to ensure you have the latest defs.

    The home tab in the SEPM will also show if you are up to date or not

    Latest AV definitions:

    http://www.symantec.com/security_response/definitions/certified/

    Latest IPS definitions:

    http://www.symantec.com/security_response/securityupdates/list.jsp?fid=sep

    The latest is RU7 MP2 for 11.x and Latest for 12.1 is RU1 MP1

    HI,

    Check you SEP client Latest Virus defination updated or not .

    SEPM console home TAB virus defination latest..

    Windows Latest Symantec Version:

     

     Windows Latest Manager Version

     

    RU7 MP2 for 11.x and 12.1 is RU1 MP1 are latest SEPM version

    The current SymWISE service is subscription-based and allows subscription notifications or RSS feeds for new or updated content of various types for any product.

    OR

    You could visit the Symantec Fileconnect website from time to time to check if there are any product updates.

    Question - 2. Is Endpoint protection 11.05002.0 the latest update

    Answer:

    No. SEP 11.0.7200 (SEP 11.0.RU7 MP2) is the Latest version

    SEP 11.0. RU7 MP2 is latest version

    It is available on https://fileconnect.symantec.com/

    You need serial number to download 11 RU7 MP2
