    Hi team .

     

    Added Sep clients i can see in Client Console but i could not able to see the Endpoint status console the count showing same as old ..

    Added sep clients are communing under Client console only.

     

    How to bring up Endpoint status .Bec I have to show the count and report

    Have you install SEP client in system ?

    You need to install sep client in system.

    Push install Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 clients using Remote Push

    have you try to export computer status report

    SEPM-->Monitors Tab-->Logs--Computer status logs

    have you try to download webconsole ?

    try to download SEPM console

    When you have install above sep client ,Endpoint status showing only 24 hours status.

    You need to export computer status report and find manually sep client.

    my main point is I want increace the count of endpoint status report .

    How to do it.

    my client are installed sep and updates are coming from sepm and those are shoing only client location

    why these can not shoing in the endpoint status report

    have you try to websonsole ?

    Try to run java console or login SEPM console and export.Yes it will come for .csv format.

    This 550 count not increasing . I am telling that one since morning.

    i have added newly 20 machines there are I can able to see in client location but not here .

    Comuter status showes 490 record but here showing 550 in endpoint status.

    why 24 hours . but i can see in other console Client location added servers

    It doesn't take 24 hours, don't get confused by misinformation.

    Make sure to select both online/offline computers in the computer status report. Some may be offline

    See I was added nearly 30 clients and these are the HOSTname or IP whatever suppose to be show in the report right.?

    Ha those are not showing in the Endpoint status report.

    Without being able to see your settings and exactly what you're doing, this is going to be difficult

    Set your Log type to Computer Status

    Click Advanced Settings and put in the PC name

    Status reports are pulled from DB by PHP scripts, you can try two things here

    1 ) Run management server configuration wizard ( coz that recyles db services)

    2) Rebuild the index as per this document

    That is exactly what should show in the exported report. There may be some other issue then. I'd call support.

    What I'm telling you is these should show in the report so there is some other issue going on. I don't have access to your machine so I'm suggesting a call to support so they can remote in.

    I already gave steps above on how to access and filter based on name.

    See james. I dont have chances to connect support team . That I know bec we have bulk licence keys that managment will not display. I hope if some one look at the machine this will not take more than 15m.

    Every customer has a support contract. Your management not giving you access if a different issue.

    now showing the graph ok. but some times showing yellow but count is 2 only offline servers .
