Endpoint 12.1 client not showing up after push

Hey All,  we are currently on Endpoint 11 and I am currently working on pushing the 12.1 clients with Protection manager.  I can remote push the client to my test boxes and reboot and it seems to look fine on the client machine.  But, the clients are not showing up in my groups on the protection manager admin console.  What gives?

Check SEP client server group location. if sep client not avaiable that location.

Please check the firewall is on or OFF

Please do the following:

As per my understanding your clients not getting communicate with SEPM Server.

First - Need to check the clients are showing online or not.

Second- If online then check with the lates defination or not.

Third- Are these systems imaged with sep client already installed? if yes, has the hardware deleted from the image?

Hi

First check wether the clients are showing online or not 

After this check wether the definations are latest

Check wether systems imaged with sep client already installed

Check wether the hardware is deleated from the image

Open the client GUI and see what you have under server & group.
