Hi - my first post so hope I'm in the right place.

I have been trying to reset a forgotten password for the Protection Centre of SEP Small Business Edition 2013.

I have looked at the forums and tried everything including passwordreset.bat and the option at the logon screen to have a new password emailed to the administrator account (which reports that it cannot send an email for a number of possible reasons)

I am out of ideas and am hoping someone can help.

    Many Thanks

    Brice

Does it say incorrect password or failed to connect to the server?

2013 is different from the Enterprise or SBE version. You need to contact support.

Thanks to all - I had saved the password in a document which I recovered from a backup. So I am back in. The email that was registered in the settings area for tmp password was an old one and so caused the email rest error. Thanks for those who answered the post.
