Can you check the client to see if SEP actually installed? If it didn't, go to %temp% and post the SEP_INST.log file here for review.

If the client is installed but not communicating with the SEPM, enable sylink logging and let it run for awhile, than post the log here for review.

Have you check the from client side, symantec is installed or not?

    Check the symantec status online/offline?

    Hello,

V 12.0.2 is very old version latest SEP SBE version is 12.1.2

Confirm whether it's SBE 12.0 or SBE 12.1?

Push installed client not showing it means it's not successfully deployed even though it's showing deployement status ok in the console.

Make sure Windows firewall is turn off and simple file sharing is set correctly.

Chk on client site if its showing online then there may be the chances of duplicate hardware ID.

    Hi,

Check the installation logs on %temp%, if it got installed .

And check the port for communication between SEPM and client via telnet.
