endpoint console disabled admin user

I have a problem, the admin user for console manager ha been disabled because I has entered a wrong admin password.
Admin is only user for console. I have reset the password with the tool, but the user has been disabled.

What can I do?

This protection feature locks out an account for a limited time.  By default the lockout time period is 15 minutes, unless you changed it to something else.  Your choices are to wait until the the configured time period has passed or start a support ticket with Symantec and see if they have some trick.

I have called Symantec Tech Support some time ago with same issue. There is no trick, you have to wait or reinstall everything.

Just curious, did you set the timeout value to something really large?
