Endpoint Console password

I have a small company and I am the owner and the IT "expert" (more like novice). I have been trying to log into the Endpoint Protection Manager Console to check some settings and I was able to get into the console in December, but since then I get "Authentication Failure. Please try again", but I know the username and password is the same as I used in December, even so I try the various versions I commonly use and no luck.
I would like to install the ver 11 upgrade, but I may be unable because of this issue. I am certainly not able to turn off replication because I cannot get into the console.
Should I just try the install of version 11, will I be able to setup a new user name and password, or is there some "default" info that I can use.
