This issue has been solved. See solution.

I just installed the Endpoint Protection Manager console (11.0.300.2224) on Vista Enterprise x64, and the Home, Monitors and Reports windows are blank. The Policies, Clients and Admin windows appear correctly. Has anyone seen this and know the fix? I'm preparing to upgrade to "11.0.4000_MR4 " and then to "11.0.4014_MR4_MP1"  soon, will this upgrade fix it? Thanks in advance for he help!

I entered different search strings for the issue, but these articles didn't come up. THANK YOU! For the links!

Really weird... now it works...

Something automagically changed, and now it works :) I didn't log out, reboot or do anything to try to fix it. Self healing applications. I like it! :)

just figured it out...

OK. I think I just figured it out. The console launched at the end of the installation... without admin rights. I closed the console, then opened it with "run as administrator" permissions, and tada! it works. To check this, I closed it again and opened it without admin rights, and the original issue reappeared. Interesting that the Home, Monitors and Reports windows that don't really change anything in the configuration require admin permissions in Vista, but the Policies, Clients and Admin windows where you can make significant changes don't. Seems backwards.
