    Hi Can we custamize the Endpoint DLP pop up message textbox ? can we predifine somes msg and also can we allow user to enter the his/her responce/feedback to the DLP activity.

    It is a response rule of the type Notify.  In the DLP Admin guide look at a response rule and how you can create it, or within the DLP console under response rule click on the help icon

    u can also refer admin guide for more details as above links are just understandning purpose.As mentioned JJesse, u can see and custamize in Responce rule section of DLP tab
