    Hello,

I recenty installed the symantec endpoint encryption on a client workstation.

    I installed in this order.

    Management Agent

    Drive Encryption

    Autologon.

The problem is I cannot go into the client management administrator. The program does not open at all. I can see the management agent, It does not display a hard drive. Only the about section.

When I attempt to uninstall the drive encryption software it says error because the drive is encrypted.

Is there a workaround for this?

This is on a Dell LAtitude E7400 with SSDs and Windows 7 professional 64bit.

I did not have this issue on a Dell Latitude E5530.

You could try decrypting from CLI and uninstalling after. The reinstall / encrypt.
