  • 1.  Endpoint Encryption 7 - Failed to decrypt

    Hi, I have SEE7 and we have an issue regarding the decrypt process.

    The PC is a dell optiplex 760 hd 160 gb Windows XP. And when we run the decrypt process it’s just freeze.

    What is the disaster recovery for situations like this?

    If decrypting from within Windows using the SEE Client fails, you should be able to perform a forced decryption using the Recovery CD (provided with the media as an ISO).
