After installation of Framework, any user with a roaming profile who logs in is met with an error "You must log on to windows with a non-guest account in order to register."

if I disable the user accounts roaming profile I am prompted to register as normal. This is not a acceptable workaround. As far as I am aware roaming profiles are supported.

I have googled this issue but was unable to find anything, any help?
