I have put SEE on a laptop. A Sony vaio. The laptop has two identical SSD drives. I installed SEE before I had formatted the second drive. Now when I try and add encryption to the second drive it appears in the Partitions not managed by SEE.
How do I get SEE to encrypt the second drive?
Hmmmm, have you had a look at my comments in the below thread?

Hi, Thanks, I did read your post before I posted, and I tried formatting the disk as GPT and MBR with the windows 7 storage thingy. Didn't seem to make any difference. Is there a better disk tool?
Perhaps the below might help?

I did use the menu option "convert to MBR" when I reread your first reply. SEE doesn't acknowledge the second disk as manageable.
Have you tried removing & reinstalling SEE after converting the disk?
I'll give that a try. I didn't want to as it means I have to decrypt the boot disk, uninstall SEE, then reinstall SEE.
Perhaps try an inplace upgrade/reinstall with the "reinstall=all reinstallmode=vomus" switches as a quick test then before the full uninstall/reinstall?
Hi, that worked, thanks. k-h
