Endpoint Encryption Removable Device Problem

We have installed Endpoint Encryption ver. 7.0.4 Full Disk as well as Removable Storage on all staff computers. We now have a staff member who saved documents to a usb stick and they were encrypted and a yellow encryption icon appeared on each file. Two weeks later when they tried to access the same file, the icons are now red and it rejects the password. Any suggestions? We do not use a master certificate however I think I will be changing that.

Could be a possiblilty that user might have changed the Default password from SEE user console. Could you please check to be sure? Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks

Hello Nitin, Yes, he user has changed the default password. THe user default password is set to expire every 30 days. Have tried the old password but with no success. Any ideas? Thanks, Gerry
