  • 1.  Endpoint Encryption Removable Storage uninstallation error

    I have installed SEE Full Disk and Removable Storage (8.0.1) in a testing environment via GPO.

    I tryed to uninstall it directly from the clientcomputer and got the following error at the uninstallaton of the Removable Storage Client:

    GEPD-CustomAction].\FilterControll.cpp(54):CFilterControll::LockControll():Failed to connect to driver

    I hope you can help me.

    We are trying to uninstall as well and getting the same error message. Our security guy is working on it but has not found a solution yet.

    Help!

    I ended up using Revo Uninstaller Pro to get rid of it and was successful reinstalling it.

    It works but I think it is not the best way. I hope we can vind a fix for that error so the programm can become uninstalled by GHroup Policy.
