  • 1.  Endpoint Encryption Upgrade

    Hi!

    I tried to upgrade the management console as the manual said. But when it finish, a database error. Could not connect to the database with user "userdba"

    The user have all the permission required, all of them.

    The upgrade is from 7.0.7 to 8.2 and the SQL its a separate server 2005 version.

     

    I tried all of this excepting the reinstallation

    As per the upgrade doc, there's no difference in the SQL permissions required between 7.0.7 and 8.2.  What do the SQL logs say about the the userdba account?
