Endpoint Protection

Hi,

I am running windows server 2003. I unintalled and reinstalled endpoint protection, but some files did not install. Now when i try to repair or remove i am getting an error saying Error 1500"another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuig this one"

go to task manager and end all the executables related to endpoint and try executing the setup. If the install fails pass on the sep_inst.log which can be located under %temp%.

Try re-booting your server.

Not all..Go to task manager and kill all msiexec.exe then run the install or reboot.

hi, i have done that but still the same

do you see exe in task manager process?

if yes try restarting the server and execute the exe.
