  • 1.  endpoint managent 12 and version 11 client

    our endpoint management system had serious issues, so I installed version 12 on another server and pointed all clients to it, including all version 11 clients.

    now I am seeing several systems that have the antivirus disabled, and when you click on the message it says to select fix to repair, but fix is missing.

    antivirus definitions are up to date, but antivirus is disabled and the fix button is missing.

    am I the only one running into this?

    12.1 will manage 11.x clients.

    Have you tried upgrading one client to 12.1 as a test?

    SEPM 12.1 can manage SEP 11.x clients.  Right now, im running SEPM 12.1 with a mix of  11.x and 12.1 clients and it seems to be fine and all running well.
