Endpoint Migration

Hello everyone, and first of all thank you for your help.
Today, I have Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (V 11.0.5002.333) with 400 customers and an embedded database. I would like to know the simple way to migrate to a new server with a SQL database?
Is this possible without having to deploy the new client antivirus?
