I want to figure out a way to determine which computers in our office have Dragon Naturally Speaking Version 9.0 or 10.0 on them. Is there a way to do this? All clients have MR5 and I have 'send application data' to server on the client policies and applications monitoring I enabled. Now I go into the reports and cannot find how to tell what applications clients are reporting?

You can do this with the help of Application control or Firewall rule.
Where you can create a policy and put the file fingerprint of version 10 and 9.
Rather than setting a policy to block change the Action to Allow and just LOG.
