    Some of the clients are showing av definitions from feb and dont appearing to be updating. This is just repeated over and over in the system logs

    "using group update provider type mulitple group update providers"

    Enable sylink debugging on one affected client and let it run thru a few heartbeats

    How to enable Sylink debugging for the Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.x and 12.1 client in the Windows Registry

    Has anything changed within the policy?

    These GUP systems are up to date?

    GUP comunication port is open 2967 between gup and clients

    Post the sylink file from one of the affected client, How many content revisions you have configured in SEPM, if they are outdated from FEB its quite possible that tey are requresting full update from SEPM and SEPM not able to provide that, check if you have any band width restriction in your network

    When will a client download a full definition set from a Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager or Group Update Provider?
