    Hi,

We have Symantec Endpoint Manager 12.1.3001.165 installed on Windws Server 2008.
The last client packages version is 12.1.4013.4013

Some OS clients are now in Windows 10.

Could you tell me how and where to download new clients packages for Windows 10.
(Live Update do not purpose package update)

The available downloads in SYMANTEC FILE CONNECT are :
    Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP1a_All_Clients_FR.zip
    Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP1a_Full_Installation_FR.exe
    Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP1a_SEPM_FR.exe
    Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_Integration_Component_7_1_2.zip
    symantec_sim_7_6_75_win_en.exe

    Download Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP1a_All_Clients_FR.zip

    https://symantec.flexnetoperations.com

    For reference:

Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP1a_Full_Installation_FR.exe contains all files and documentation.
Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP1a_SEPM_FR.exe contains only the SEPM install.

Well, You need to download these packages from

    https://symantec.flexnetoperations.com/

There are options to download just the client as mentioned above.

If you are planning to just import the package alone, then you need to download the file named "Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP1a_All_Clients_FR.zip" from

    https://symantec.flexnetoperations.com/

    by entering your serial number.

once you have downloaded file unzip it and follow the below articles to import them into SEPM so that you can deploy them to Windows 10 clients.

    Adding client installation package updates

Manually import client packages into Endpoint Protection Manager

    Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on Symantec community.

I would recommend to upgrade the SEPM, 12.1 RU6 MP1a is the latest version.

If SEPM upgrade is not possible can import the latest packages into the existing SEPM version.

This can be a reference guide: Manually import client packages into Endpoint Protection Manager

To upgrade SEPM you need this package: Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP1a_SEPM_FR.exe

To import latest package into the existing SEPM need this package: Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP1a_All_Clients_FR.zip

    Thank you for your help.
Everything is ok (SEPM and clients upgrade)
For clients on windows 10, connection was rejected (i don't know why), so i have generated an exe file and installed it directly on the computer. Link with SEPM is ok.
Only one link with SEPM do not work, probably because IP adress is not in the same family of SEPM.
(VLAN n°2 IP 10.10.10.x for the client, VLAN n°1 IP 192.168.200.x for SEPM, rooter correctly configured)
On the client, SEP icon do not have the green circle and SEPM do not view the client.
    It's my new problem.

Enable sylink debugging on an affected client to see what's going on

Are you able to ping and telnet SEPM from the affected machine?

Inter VLAN routing is enabled for those two networks?
