I've been installing SEP 12 on a number of Windows 7 machines in unmanaged client mode. After a while Windows reports that drivers associated with SEP are not supported. Anyone else seen this and what next?

Hi Akash - what version of SEP SBE 12.0 are u using. It should be build 12.0.1001.95.

If you are using a different version, please post the version number. It most likely an older version that does not support Windows 7.

You can download the latest build from Fileconnect or Platinum website (recommended)

Or download the trailware and use it to upgrade your system.

The link that Vikram posted has the wrong info. The site will be updated shortly to reflect the correct information

    SEP 12 RU1 supports Windows 7. See - http://www.symantec.com/business/products/sysreq.jsp?pcid=pcat_security&pvid=endpt_prot_sbe_1

    Best,
