how do i activate the license for an unmanaged installation with a .slf file?

Some OS dont have the program data folder, just program files. So how do i activate those systems?

where you can copy

For the clients that run on a pre-Vista version of Windows: Drive:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\silo_identification\Data\Config

For Win7 and Win8, you can go in ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\12.1.xxxxx\Data\Config

Note- This folder is in hidden, so you can enable show hidden

Attach link has alos mention the path for all OS
