    Dear, I have this problem with one of the servers that are reporting qu me several threats are quarantined, I have a windows server 2008 r2 standard with endpoint protection 12.1.3, and I reported this threat warning and I need to disinfect but I is not allowing , appreciate your help.

    Please run the symhelp tool on it to what it shows.
