    I'm trying to remove 11.0.62 from off a computer and it's not showing up in the add/remove program only Live update is there. I trying pushing out the 12.1.11 through the consol with no luck. Is there a remove tool that I can run and it will remove the 11.0 version? thanks.

    Yes, you can call support and get Cleanwipe. See here on how to obtain:

    What happens if you run the install locally on the client?

    You can try manual uninstall if it comes down to it
