I have installed sep for small business client only, no management console. The setup is this: One server with another pc connected to it directly that users in the environment access the program quickbooks on, and on the server the data for QB is in a folder shared out C:\pro`\intuit
I have gone over the files that need to have exceptions for however it is still blocking the application from running properly. Any help is appreciated.

make sure you have added the patch correct, what is the version you have installed because i see that in the document its mentioned that "
If the above solution does not work, revert the Endpoint Protection client installed on the server to version 11.0.4202."
check if you exceptions are excluded here

The link mentioned by you are the correct and can be reffered to however if still things are not in place therefore I would suggest to check this document. It should help.
