    Anyone who can assist here.

I have a network environment with couple of Hyper-V Hosts and a lot of VMs. On the VMs I have Windows Servers 2012 running with static IP configs. Once I rolled out the antivirus to the vms, it clears the default gateway address thus loosing connectivity to the machune for outside the host.

Can anyone suggest a solution to this issue?

What is the exact version of SEP you're deploying and what components are installed?

    I have installed EPM Verion 12.1.6 (12.1 RU6 MP3)

Only antivirus and Firewall for now (EP)

What happens if you remove the firewall as a test.

currently the firewall is not active. GPO is overriding it as were in a  pilot phase

But the firewall component is still active, no?

Also, the latest version is 12.1.6 MP5, have you tried that?

On the firewall settings of each server it show that the firewall is off. See attached.

I have looked at the changes fixes/bugs for MP5 and this is not on the list of fixes

Regardless of your GPO, the SEP firewall component is still installed, correct? I'm not talking about whether or not it is disabled. If so I would completely remove the firewall component and re-test.

I would do that and get back to you. Thanks for the advise.
