So this is strange.  

Ran PC transplant on machine with micro trend anti virus.
Re image PC
Image had 10.1.7 Symantec - Upgraded to 11.4
Ran PC transplant to bring back down the personality and now when just that users logins endpoint protection shows red.

When the administrator logs in it is green.

What is the deal?

Check if

Check if the definitions of the SEP client are up to date.

If not run live update by the command "luall.exe" in the Run window.

Also let us know if the client installed is Managed or Unmanaged.

Log in as user and do a repair

Seems like that installation did not go fine
log in as a user and
go to add/ remove programs
and do a repair of SEP
let us know if that works

Is it "Proactive Threat" problem?? Try reinstalling the SEP...
