folgendes problem:

Im einsatz ist:

Endpoint Protection Manager 11

Live Update Administrator 2.2.2

Alle Clients haben die 12.1 Clientpakete

Der Live Update Administrator zieht sich alle 12.1er Contents jedoch erhält der Manager diese nicht.

Der manager lädt nur alle 11er contents wodurch die 12er Clients keine neuen Definitonen bekommen.

Wo kann das Problem liegen ?

SEPM is 11 & clients 12. You will see the clients in SEPM, but the definitions will not be updated.

Upper SEPM version to lower client version will manage sucess but lower SEPM version to Higher client version will not work

The SEP 12.1 Clients would not get managed by SEPM version 11.

SEP 12.1 clients requires License

So you can upgrade SEPM 11 to SEPM 12.

wenn ich upgraden will kommt folgende fehlermeldung:

SEPM hat erkannt, das systemänderungen ausstehen, für die ein neustart erfoderlich ist. starten sie das system neu, und führen sie die installation erneut aus.

egal wie oft ich neustarte es erscheint immer wieder ...

First you can restart Your System and install again.

Ich würde auch vorschlagen Sie installieren Sie bitte die neueste Version von LiveUpdate Administrator 2.3.1
