Endpoint protection manager monitor problems

Hi, cound any1 tell me what happen with my endpoint manager monitoring issue
my clients have all the updated antivirus definition. but, in the server main console, its only state 5 PC is updated. and the rest is state " all others" . i dont know what happen with that. can any1 let me know.
i had try to run update content to client. but, still the same.

are you looking the status in
are you looking the status in the monitors ==logs? or in the SEPM console?
On the client side do you see the latest definition? if yes, the client logs are not processed on SEPM, try restarting the SEPM service and DB service to verify if the console reflects the latest.

SEPM console cant update the
SEPM console cant update the latest information.
but, clients are able to update the database themself.
so,how am i going to restart SEPM service and db service? is it restart in the server or clients side ?

the machine installed with SEPM and DB.
Service called Symantec endppoint protection manager , if the embedded DB is installed then you have service named Symantec Embedded Database. you need to restart these services.

ok, check to hearbeat
ok, check to hearbeat interval. select the group for which client statu is not updated on SEPM console.
click on the poliy tab of the group and click on communications setting to see if its push or pull and also the heartbeat interval if you have selected Pull mode.

Please repair your SEPM, control panel add/remove - SEPM repair.

Are you looking the status in the monitors logs? or in the SEPM console?
1) 1) Check the SEP Client version and SEPM server version.
2) IF both are deferent please upgrade your SEPM server or client
3) Latest SEPM version Is MR4 and and tray to install MR 5 beta version. It will work
at first it is the SEPM
at first it is the SEPM 11.
then we update to MR 4, it is work as well.
after we upgrade to MR4-MP1, then, the problems come out. dont know what is the main problems.
