  • 1.  Endpoint Protection Manager Service will not start

    We are running the Symantec Endpoint Protection.12.1.1000.157 RU1.  There was an issue on the server that forced it to be rebooted.  I had to do a repair on the disk for it to work properly again.  Now when I try to start the Endpoint Protection Manager service, it just says that it cannot be started and shows error code of 1067.  The embedded database service is running. 

     

    I ran a repair on the program but this did not help anything.  Attached are the catalina.out and scm-server-0 log files.

     

    This is on a Windows 7 machine.  Please advise

    Can you set logging level to FINEST per this KB article and attach the logs

    not much of information from logs as Brian have suggested enable the logging to finest.
