enpoint protection manager version 12.1
I am trying to use the data backup/restore application in the SEPM but it will not open and stated that I dont have enough priviledge to open it and I need admin privilege. I am the local admin on the server. when I try to run it as admin, I get this message " Could not find the main class:
com.sygate.scm.tools.DatabaseFrame.  Program will exit.". I i tried to run the dbtools.bat file , it gives me the same error. Please advise. Thanks for all your help in advance.

If not helped,could you please provide the following details to answer your query in more efficient manner.

1) SEPM version details

2) When the backup was taken which you are trying to restore

3) Operating System details

this happens when files are missing due to java update.

Do a repair of SEPM from add/remove programs once it completes run the back up wizard again.
