    Hello,

I apologise if there is such thread, I haven't found one.

We get this error very frequently:
    Virus

    Tried running scans, updates.
There is no such catalog like "103" and no such dll file. Tried deleting profile files of "judita.zukauskiene", but that didn't help. I heard there should be somekind of deletion tool, but can't connect to support page, as I can't ID.

    Any ideas?

Are you tried by scanning this user's system in safe mode?

Nope, I didn't. We're running our server 24/7, so there must be a good reason to reboot system in Safe Mode.

This is Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise x64

Scanning in safe mode is always a good option because the possibility of a virus getting more in safe mode. But before doing that here you check the system which is used by "judita.zukauskiene" having antivirus with latest updates. Also assure that it is fully patched. Also check the possibility of a network threat. You may use this Article for it.

Wormsand threats that spread across networks by network shares have become more common in recent years.--Like Downadup/Conficker
