Hello.  Can someone help me with settings on my Symantec Endpoint Protection so that I can print when it is enabled?  The only time I can print is when I disable it, first.  Thanks, in advance!

Re

I think you client is managed with SEP server and there will be policy configured to block USB drives..

Please make sure to exclude printing device and Human Interface from exclusion list.

Regards, M.R

Question and Suggestion

Hello,

What version of SEP are you using??

Check this Article:

Network Printer does not receive print jobs after installing the Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) client

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH104542

Not able to print from unmanaged Symantec Endpoint Protection client with message "Traffic has been blocked from this application: Spoolsv.exe"

You can also work on the steps below:

1) open sepm

2) policies

3) intrusion prevenint policy

4) under the exclude list, exclude your printer.IP

Hope that helps!!
